A: Once your payment is verified, we will prepare your jewelry immediately. Every jewelry is handcrafted after you place the order. It takes a maximum of 48 hours, after which it will be shipped to you. During peak seasons, it might take a maximum of 7 business days.

Q: How long is the shipment period?

A: All specific shipment details will be provided to you in the confirmation email. It takes 7-14 days to ship orders in the United States, and 10-21 days throughout our global shipping destinations. This does not include the handcrafting time.

Q: How much cost will I incur for the shipment?

A: Amazon Water Lily will not charge you any shipping fee for orders above 60 USD. However, you will cater to international taxes and custom clearance duties. Kindly consult the custom clearance fees and terms for your country as they vary from country to country.

Return and Exchange Policy

Q: Can I change something after placing the order?
