Openness

Openness is that identified by the five-factor model – Openness to Experience. People with Openness tend to be open-minded and more liberal. They are considered intelligent, sharp, and knowledgeable, which makes them great leaders such as presidents. However, Openness makes it challenging for people to work in routines, as they are compelled to exploring new experiences. Such people are more conservative, hindering development or innovation.

Conscientiousness

            Conscientious people are hardworking, smart, cultured, and knowledgeable. They seldom violate laws and rules, which make them good citizens or employees. Their high level of discipline makes them work under minimal supervision and attain high-performance indices. However, Conscientious people are challenged by dynamic or spontaneous situations where one has to stretch beyond the normal.

Extraversion

            People with extraversion personality are more attentive, have the fairly more mental energy, and creativity in social situations. They can maintain huge social circles due to their leadership skills, emotional stability, and social relations. However, people with extraversion personality tend to take less care of themselves or fail in some social issues due to overburdening themselves. Also, they might talk about other people or reveal secrets that can hurt organizations or relationships.

Agreeableness

            Highly agreeable people are likable, friendly, and passionate. They value morality and cooperation, which are critical to influencing huge masses as per the aspects of social evaluation. Such people are willing to sacrifice for others and are generous. However, they are weak in criticizing and might find it challenging to attain the authority figure, which is not suitable for leadership positions.

Neuroticism

            People with neuroticism are very emotionally and thus able to connect with others and build valuable relationships. They are also able to understand other peoples’ emotions, which is useful in some careers such as arts and law. However, they might find it challenging to make critical decisions and logical conclusions. Also, they do not take criticism positively, which makes correction difficult.
