Entrepreneurship
Firms undergo business evolution cycles from simple to functional to multidepartment due to the need for effective control and coordination of operations. Through this process, a firm ought to reshape and identify the optimal fit between strategy and structure, since each functional structure has its dynamics. For instance, Starbucks reshaped its fit as it grew from local to multinational business competitor.
Sheila Johnson, the co-founder of Bet Cable Network, is my choice of an exemplary corporate leader who exemplifies strategic leadership. Her philosophy is that all employees should take respectful responsibilities regardless of the policies that govern their work. She seems to concentrate on molding employee’s behavior, rather than supervising them (Entrepreneurial Contributors, 2013). Thus, Johnson has invested her time and skills to create environments where employees are happy, and that improves productivity.

Question Two
Corporate entrepreneurship is not an oxymoron. Corporates function under principles that govern them into using profits for social missions. Secondly, revenues collected do not directly increase the wealth of owners but are consumed by the corporate in its operations (Thornberry, 2001). Also, corporations have assets such as machinery and other critical infrastructure, which are not ideal for dismantling and planting when there is a change in the business environment
Induced strategic behavior is the most promising corporate innovation to succeed. It does not include any other costs and values, which would be part of the output. In autonomous strategic behavior, more new techniques in business operations and innovations are prevalent since individuals are not restricted to trying and testing their ideas (Rajapathirana & Hui, 2018).
