A Report on HR Service Delivery Performance

In a recent survey, results indicated that the HR Service Delivery implemented needed improvements. Participants indicated that the service delivery could have been better if the sessions were a bit longer. They also suggested that some sessions did not need attendance, as they could have read the information in their free time. The exercise has acclaimed significant prices, which might make these issues insignificant. Hence, this report insists that in future exercises, sessions be allocated ample time.

However, there was 100% response rate from all participants, and the feedback was generally positive—the survey comprised of one structured and five semi-structured questions regarding the exercise experience. I recommended that the company conduct ample research about the need for the service and the service provider in future service delivery exercises. That will reduce the chances for poor implementation of training. I recommend proper analysis of ROI to avoid making unrealistic budgets. Lastly, I recommend regular exercises such as those, to ensure employees are updated, and push the company to a better competitive edge.
